Nowadays, despite the efforts of the government and other organizations to save the institution of marriage, many homes still face a lot of problems. It was in this light that the 1st edition of the “Men and Women without Blemish” conference was held under the theme “Rekindling Love and Romance in Relationships and Marriages”
The Launching ceremony of the 3rd Edition GAICAM Annual Leadership and Entrepreneurial Fellowship 2018 took place on Wednesday 25th of April 2018 at the GAICAM Head Office, Chief Street Entrance Bomaka – Buea; and chaired by the Project Director, Mr. SINJOH Armstrong.
Bearing in mind that many years ago in Cameroon just like in other countries in Africa, the place of the women was restricted to the kitchen, the farm and the task of expanding the family through child bearing and upbringing which has limited the women in terms of their dreams and aspirations.
Same like the previous years, GAICAM on the 26th of February launched its 2018 plan of action for the Active Citizen’s Club of the University of Buea as outlined in its official plan of action for the year 2018.
The GAICAM No Student Left behind Educational Project was designed to educate and empower students of secondary schools in Fako Division with the necessary tools that will enable them attain their academic aspirations, while paving the way for better future for their families and nation as a whole.
